Prvn\u00ed pneumatiky zna\u010dky Ba\u0165a byly obuty na cestu Zl\u00edn \u2013 Luha\u010dovice. Po v\u00e1lce v&nbsp;roce 1945 se t\u0159i nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdrobci pneumatik spojili pod jednu zna\u010dku \u2013 Barum. N\u00e1zev vznikl z po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edch p\u00edsmen n\u00e1zv\u016f firem Ba\u0165a, Rubena, Matador.
