V&nbsp;t\u011bchto stanic\u00edch se prov\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed technick\u00e9 prohl\u00eddky r\u016fzn\u00fdch druh\u016f, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je klasick\u00e1 <strong>technick\u00e1 prohl\u00eddka silni\u010dn\u00edho vozidla <\/strong>a <strong>eviden\u010dn\u00ed kontrola<\/strong>. Tato vyhl\u00e1\u0161ka dostala novelizaci v&nbsp;roce 2023 &#8211; vyhl\u00e1\u0161ka \u010d. 155\/2023 Sb..<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Po proveden\u00ed kontroly v\u00e1m bude vystaven tzv. <strong>protokol o technick\u00e9 prohl\u00eddce<\/strong>, kter\u00fd bude obsahovat seznam p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fdch z\u00e1vad, rozd\u011blen\u00fdch do t\u0159ech kategori\u00ed podle z\u00e1va\u017enosti:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><strong>lehk\u00e9 z\u00e1vady<\/strong> \u2013 nebr\u00e1n\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u00e9mu provozu, technickou kontrolou jste \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b pro\u0161li<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><strong>v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 z\u00e1vady<\/strong> \u2013 technickou kontrolu dost\u00e1v\u00e1te pouze na 30 dn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1te na odstran\u011bn\u00ed uveden\u00fdch z\u00e1vad a n\u00e1sledn\u011b mus\u00edte znovu prov\u00e9st technickou kontrolu. Opakovan\u00e1 kontrola neb\u00fdv\u00e1 za plnou cenu a m\u016f\u017eete ji prov\u00e9st i na jin\u00e9 stanici STK.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><strong>nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 z\u00e1vady<\/strong> \u2013 s&nbsp;vozidlem nesm\u00edte odjet, mus\u00edte zajistit jeho odtah a opravu. Dokud neprovedete novou technickou kontrolu, v\u016fz se nesm\u00ed pohybovat po pozemn\u00edch komunikac\u00edch. Co\u017e mimo jin\u00e9 znamen\u00e1, \u017ee na novou technickou kontrolu nem\u016f\u017ee ani opraven\u00e9 vozidlo p\u0159ijet po vlastn\u00ed ose!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>V\u00edte, \u017ee \u2026<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Platnost STK &#8230;<\/strong><br \/>\nAsi ka\u017ed\u00fd zku\u0161en\u00fd motorista v\u00ed, \u017ee technick\u00e1 prohl\u00eddka m\u00e1 omezenou \u010dasovou platnost. Nap\u0159\u00edklad nov\u00fd osobn\u00ed automobil m\u00e1 prvn\u00ed prohl\u00eddku po 4 letech a n\u00e1sledn\u011b ka\u017ed\u00e9 dva roky. Technick\u00e1 prohl\u00eddka plat\u00ed <strong>do data uveden\u00e9ho v&nbsp;technick\u00e9m pr\u016fkazu<\/strong>, nikoliv do konce m\u011bs\u00edce, jak se mnoho motorist\u016f myln\u011b domn\u00edv\u00e1.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Na STK kdekoliv &#8230;<br \/>\n<\/strong>Mnoho motorist\u016f si mysl\u00ed, \u017ee mus\u00ed na STK v m\u00edst\u011b bydli\u0161t\u011b. To ale nen\u00ed pravda. V\u0161echny druhy technick\u00fdch prohl\u00eddek lze prov\u00e9st na jak\u00e9koli STK po cel\u00e9 \u010cR.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Co si vz\u00edt s sebou na STK?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Pokud budeme hovo\u0159it o klasick\u00e9 pravideln\u00e9 technick\u00e9 prohl\u00eddce, tak je to:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">1. &#8211; technick\u00fd pr\u016fkaz od vozidla<br \/>\n2. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">&#8211; osv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed o registraci vozidla nebo osv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed o technick\u00e9m pr\u016fkazu (mal\u00fd technick\u00fd pr\u016fkaz)<br \/>\n3. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">&#8211; osv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed o m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed emis\u00ed, pokud je m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed emis\u00ed podle \u00a7 41 z\u00e1kona \u010d. 56\/2001 Sb. ve zn\u011bn\u00ed pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00edch p\u0159edpis\u016f vy\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1no<br \/>\n4. &#8211; <\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">protokol o m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed emis\u00ed, pokud je m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed emis\u00ed podle \u00a7 41 z\u00e1kona \u010d. 56\/2001 Sb. vy\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1no<br \/>\n5. &#8211;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"> protokol o p\u0159edchoz\u00ed prohl\u00eddce, na jej\u00edm\u017e z\u00e1klad\u011b je prov\u00e1d\u011bna opakovan\u00e1 technick\u00e1 prohl\u00eddka<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">V&nbsp;praxi si \u010dasto vysta\u010d\u00edte pouze s&nbsp;tzv. Velk\u00fdm technick\u00fdm pr\u016fkazem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Na STK nov\u011b nedostanete zelenou emisn\u00ed zn\u00e1mku &#8230;<br \/>\n<\/strong>Od 1. ledna 2015 nedostanou \u0159idi\u010di, kte\u0159\u00ed absolvuj\u00ed STK zelenou emisn\u00ed zn\u00e1mku. To v\u0161ak neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee nemus\u00ed absolvovat kontrolu emis\u00ed. <strong>S&nbsp;vozidlem je i nad\u00e1le nutn\u00e9 nejd\u0159\u00edve proj\u00edt stanic\u00ed m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed emis\u00ed <span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">(SME) a n\u00e1sledn\u011b podstoupit i kontrolu technick\u00e9ho stavu.<\/span><\/strong> Smyslem zm\u011bny, kter\u00e1 vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 z novely z\u00e1kona o podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch provozu vozidel na pozemn\u00edch komunikac\u00edch, je sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed administrativn\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee a \u00faspory pen\u011bz pro STK.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><strong>Lze na v\u016fz registrovan\u00fd v \u010cR ud\u011blat technickou kontrolu v zahrani\u010d\u00ed?<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\">\u010cesk\u00e1 ani unijn\u00ed legislativa zat\u00edm neumo\u017e\u0148uje uskute\u010dnit technickou prohl\u00eddku v jin\u00e9m \u010dlensk\u00e9m st\u00e1t\u011b EU, ne\u017e je vozidlo zaregistrov\u00e1no.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Plat\u00ed klasick\u00e1 technick\u00e1 prohl\u00eddka z\u00e1rove\u0148 jako eviden\u010dn\u00ed kontrola?<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Ano, na protokolu o technick\u00e9 prohl\u00eddce najdete pozn\u00e1mku: \u201e<em>Vozidlo z&nbsp;hlediska eviden\u010dn\u00ed kontroly <strong>vyhovuje<\/strong>.\u201c<\/em> Tento protokol tedy m\u016f\u017eete vyu\u017e\u00edt nap\u0159. p\u0159i p\u0159episu vozidla.
