Stellantis is a multinational automotive group that was formed on January 16, 2021, through the merger of the automotive companies PSA (formerly Groupe PSA)<\/a> and FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles)<\/a>.<\/strong> Stellantis emerged as a strategic response to the growing challenges in the automotive industry, including increasing emissions<\/a> regulations, the need to invest in electromobility and autonomous driving<\/a>, and the pressure for innovation in digital technologies.
