Doslovn\u00fd n\u00e1zov spolo\u010dnosti je Opel Performance Center GmbH, teda OPC. <strong>Div\u00edzia OPC sa zameriava na v\u00fdvoj \u0161portov\u00fdch modelov automobilky<\/strong>, ktor\u00e9 vych\u00e1dzaj\u00fa zo s\u00e9riovej v\u00fdroby. Prv\u00e9 takto upraven\u00e9 vozidlo bolo s ve\u013ek\u00fdm \u00faspechom predstaven\u00e9 v roku 1999, Opel Astra OPC s atmosf\u00e9rick\u00fdm motorom 2.0 16V 118 kW\/160 k.<\/span><\/p>\nngg_shortcode_1_placeholder\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Hist\u00f3ria:<\/strong><br \/>\nPred zaveden\u00edm modelov OPC pou\u017e\u00edval OPEL pre svoje \u0161portov\u00e9 modely <strong>ozna\u010denie GSi (Grand Sport Injection)<\/strong>. Prv\u00fdmi vozidlami s t\u00fdmto ozna\u010den\u00edm boli <strong>Opel Manta GSi<\/strong> a <strong>Kadett GSi<\/strong> v polovici 80. rokov. V oboch pr\u00edpadoch dostali 1,8-litrov\u00fd motor s v\u00fdkonom 115 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autolexicon.net\/articles\/konska-sila\/\">kon\u00ed<\/a>, \u010do bola na t\u00fa dobu ve\u013emi slu\u0161n\u00e1 hodnota. Prakticky i\u0161lo o reakciu na \u00faspech modelu Volkswagen Golf <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autolexicon.net\/articles\/gti-gran-turismo-injection\/\">GTI<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">V roku 2017 v\u0161ak pri\u0161la star\u00e1 zmena. Po prevzat\u00ed automobilky OPEL <a href=\"https:\/\/www.autolexicon.net\/articles\/psa-groupe\/\">skupinou PSA<\/a> sa marketingov\u00e9 ozna\u010denie \u0161portov\u00fdch vozidiel vr\u00e1tilo k skratke GSi z 80. a 90. rokov.
