font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"sk\"><span title=\"B\u011bhem let 1908 a\u017e 1909 vystudoval st\u00e1tn\u00ed mistrovskou \u0161kolu v oboru kol\u00e1\u0159.\">Po\u010das rokov 1908 a\u017e 1909 <strong>vy\u0161tudoval \u0161t\u00e1tne majstrovsk\u00fa \u0161kolu v odbore kol\u00e1r<\/strong>. <\/span><span title=\"P\u0159i studiu pracoval na sv\u00e9 prvn\u00ed automobilov\u00e9 karoserii, tehdy je\u0161t\u011b celod\u0159ev\u011bn\u00e9.\">Pri \u0161t\u00fadiu pracoval na svojej prvej automobilovej karos\u00e9riu, vtedy e\u0161te celodreven\u00e9. <\/span><span title=\"Po studi\u00edch se nechal zam\u011bstnat u p\u0159edn\u00edho v\u00edde\u0148sk\u00e9ho karos\u00e1\u0159e A. Armbrustera, kde se ji\u017e pln\u011b mohl v\u011bnovat automobilov\u00fdm karoseri\u00edm.\">Po \u0161t\u00fadi\u00e1ch sa nechal zamestna\u0165 u popredn\u00e9ho viedensk\u00e9ho karos\u00e1rov A. Armbruster, kde sa u\u017e plne mohol venova\u0165 automobilov\u00fdm karos\u00e9rie. <\/span><span title=\"Jeho p\u016fsoben\u00ed v\u0161ak nebylo dlouh\u00e9.\">Jeho p\u00f4sobenie v\u0161ak nebolo dlh\u00e9. <\/span><span title=\"D\u00edky neshod\u00e1m s horliv\u00fdm v\u00edde\u0148sk\u00fdm vlastencem a zam\u011bstnavatelem panem Armbrusterem jeho karos\u00e1rnu z\u00e1hy opustil.\">V\u010faka nezhod\u00e1m s horliv\u00fdm viedensk\u00fdm vlastencom a zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eom p\u00e1nom Armbruster jeho karos\u00e1re\u0148 vz\u00e1p\u00e4t\u00ed opustil. <\/span><span title=\"Ne\u017e se v roce 1909 vr\u00e1til zp\u011bt do dom\u016f, zkusil je\u0161t\u011b \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed v karos\u00e1rn\u011b pana Bl\u00e1hy, rovn\u011b\u017e ve V\u00eddni. \">Ne\u017e sa v roku 1909 vr\u00e1til sp\u00e4\u0165 do domov, sk\u00fasil e\u0161te \u0161\u0165astie v karos\u00e1rni p\u00e1na Blahy, takisto vo Viedni.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"sk\"><span title=\"Od roku 1910 p\u016fsobil v karos\u00e1rn\u011b firmy Laurin &amp; Klement, zde sb\u00edral zku\u0161enosti dal\u0161\u00ed dva roky, ne\u017e odjel do Pa\u0159\u00ed\u017ee.\">Od roku 1910 p\u00f4sobil v karos\u00e1rni firmy Laurin &amp; Klement, tu zbieral sk\u00fasenosti \u010fal\u0161ie dva roky, ne\u017e odi\u0161iel do Par\u00ed\u017ea. <\/span><span title=\"Zp\u011bt do Prahy se vr\u00e1til v roce 1913 tentokr\u00e1t ji\u017e s my\u0161lenkou na zalo\u017een\u00ed vlastn\u00ed tov\u00e1rny.\">Sp\u00e4\u0165 do Prahy sa vr\u00e1til v roku 1913 tentoraz u\u017e s <strong>my\u0161lienkou na zalo\u017eenie vlastnej tov\u00e1rne<\/strong>. <\/span><span title=\"Za\u010d\u00e1tek prvn\u00ed sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lky v\u0161ak zm\u011bnil nejen jeho pl\u00e1ny a tak po jej\u00edm skon\u010den\u00ed v roce 1920 nastoupil jako \u0159editel pra\u017esk\u00e9 karos\u00e1rny Ka\u010der-Andras. \">Za\u010diatok prvej svetovej vojny v\u0161ak zmenil nielen jeho pl\u00e1ny a tak po jej skon\u010den\u00ed v roku 1920 nast\u00fapil ako riadite\u013e pra\u017eskej karos\u00e1rne K\u00e1\u010der-Andras.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"sk\"><span title=\"Prvn\u00ed v\u00fdznamnou zak\u00e1zkou byla v\u00fdroba z\u00e1vodn\u00ed karoserie na podvozku Austro-Daimler, kterou si nechal postavit pan tov\u00e1rn\u00edk Hugo Urban Emmerich na z\u00e1vody v Karlov\u00fdch Varech.\">Prv\u00e1 v\u00fdznamnou z\u00e1kazkou bola v\u00fdroba pretek\u00e1rske karos\u00e9rie na podvozku Austro-Daimler, ktor\u00fa si nechal postavi\u0165 p\u00e1n tov\u00e1rnik Hugo Urban Emmerich na preteky v Karlov\u00fdch Varoch. <\/span><span title=\"Term\u00edn byl, vzhledem k nutn\u00fdm technologick\u00fdm prodlev\u00e1m p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00e9 karoserie, t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 \u0161ibeni\u010dn\u00ed.\">Term\u00edn bol, vzh\u013eadom k nutn\u00fdm technologick\u00fdm oneskoreniam pri v\u00fdrobe drevenej karos\u00e9rie, takmer \u0161ibeni\u010dn\u00fd. <\/span><span title=\"Pr\u00e1ce byla nakonec dokon\u010dena za rekordn\u00ed dva t\u00fddny a pan tov\u00e1rn\u00edk ne\u0161et\u0159il chv\u00e1lou.\">Pr\u00e1ca bola nakoniec <strong>dokon\u010den\u00e1 za rekordn\u00fa dva t\u00fd\u017edne<\/strong> a p\u00e1n tov\u00e1rnik ne\u0161etril chv\u00e1lou. <\/span><span title=\"Chv\u00e1la se dostala k u\u0161\u00edm t\u011bch spr\u00e1vn\u00fdch lid\u00ed a zak\u00e1zky se za\u010daly hrnout. \">Chv\u00e1la sa dostala k u\u0161iam t\u00fdch spr\u00e1vnych \u013eud\u00ed a z\u00e1kazky sa za\u010dali hrn\u00fa\u0165.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span title=\"V t\u00e9 dob\u011b si karoserie vedle bohat\u00fdch lid\u00ed a tov\u00e1rn\u00edk\u016f nech\u00e1vala d\u011blat \u0159ada zn\u00e1m\u00fdch osobnost\u00ed, jako byla nap\u0159. Eli\u0161ka Junkov\u00e1, L\u00edda Baarov\u00e1 atd. Karos\u00e1rnu v\u0161ak ne\u017eivila pouze v\u00fdroba karoseri\u00ed pro osobn\u00ed vozy.\">V tej dobe si karos\u00e9rie ved\u013ea bohat\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed a tov\u00e1rnik nech\u00e1vala robi\u0165 rad zn\u00e1mych osobnost\u00ed, ako bola napr. Eli\u0161ka Junkov\u00e1, L\u00edda Baarov\u00e1 at\u010f. Karos\u00e1rni v\u0161ak ne\u017eivila iba v\u00fdroba karos\u00e9ri\u00ed pre osobn\u00e9 vozidl\u00e1. <\/span><span title=\"V tov\u00e1rn\u011b se vyr\u00e1b\u011bly rovn\u011b\u017e u\u017eitkov\u00e9 n\u00e1stavby a r\u016fzn\u00e9 reklamn\u00ed vozy. \">V tov\u00e1rni sa vyr\u00e1bali aj \u00fa\u017eitkov\u00e9 nadstavby a r\u00f4zne reklamn\u00e9 vozidl\u00e1.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: verdana,geneva,sans-serif;\"><span id=\"result_box\" class=\"\" lang=\"sk\"><span title=\"Kdy\u017e do\u0161el stavebn\u00ed prostor pro nutn\u00e9 roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed tov\u00e1rny, prodal pan Uhl\u00edk sv\u016fj pod\u00edl v Karose sv\u00fdm spole\u010dn\u00edk\u016fm a zalo\u017eil si na zelen\u00e9 louce nov\u00fd podnik ve Stra\u0161nic\u00edch.\">Ke\u010f do\u0161iel stavebn\u00e9 priestor pre nutn\u00e9 roz\u0161irovanie tov\u00e1rne, predal p\u00e1n Uhl\u00edk svoj podiel v Karosa svojim spolo\u010dn\u00edkom a zalo\u017eil si na zelenej l\u00fake nov\u00fd podnik v Stra\u0161niciach. <\/span><span title=\"Nov\u00e1 tov\u00e1rna nesla n\u00e1zev: \u201eNov\u00e1 karos\u00e1rna O. Uhl\u00edk, tov\u00e1rna karoseri\u00ed Praha Stra\u0161nice\u201c a byla zalo\u017eena v roce 1927. Spolu se zku\u0161enostmi tov\u00e1rn\u00edka Uhl\u00edka p\u0159e\u0161la i \u0159ada p\u016fvodn\u00edch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f z Hole\u0161ovick\u00e9 tov\u00e1rny.\"><strong>Nov\u00e1 tov\u00e1re\u0148 niesla n\u00e1zov: &#8220;Nov\u00e1 karos\u00e1re\u0148 O. Uhl\u00edk, tov\u00e1re\u0148 karos\u00e9riou Praha Stra\u0161nice&#8221;<\/strong> a bola zalo\u017een\u00e1 v roku 1927. Spolu so sk\u00fasenos\u0165ami tov\u00e1rnika uhl\u00edkom pre\u0161la aj rad p\u00f4vodn\u00fdch zamestnancov z Hole\u0161ovickej tov\u00e1rne. <\/span><span title=\"Novou klientelu op\u011bt tvo\u0159ili na jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b bohat\u00ed podnikatel\u00e9 a tov\u00e1rn\u00edci, tuzemsk\u00e1 \u0161lechta a zn\u00e1m\u00e9 osobnosti.\">Nov\u00fa klientelu op\u00e4\u0165 tvorili na jednej strane bohat\u00ed podnikatelia a tov\u00e1rnici, tuzemsk\u00e1 \u0161\u013eachta a zn\u00e1me osobnosti. <\/span><span title=\"Tato klientela vy\u017eadovala ve sm\u011bs luxusn\u00ed karoserie \u010di z\u00e1vodn\u00ed speci\u00e1ly.\">T\u00e1to klientela vy\u017eadovala vo zmes luxusn\u00e9 karos\u00e9rie \u010di pretek\u00e1rske \u0161peci\u00e1ly. <\/span><span title=\"Na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b velkou \u010d\u00e1st zak\u00e1zek tvo\u0159ili autodopravci, \u017eivnostn\u00edci i st\u00e1tn\u00ed subjekty.\">Na druhej strane ve\u013ek\u00fa \u010das\u0165 z\u00e1kaziek tvorili autodopravcovia, \u017eivnostn\u00edci i \u0161t\u00e1tne subjekty. <\/span><span title=\"V tov\u00e1rn\u011b se tak vyr\u00e1b\u011bli i karoserie na autobusy, dod\u00e1vky, valn\u00edky \u010di sanitky a po\u0161tovn\u00ed autobusy se zabudovan\u00fdmi schr\u00e1nkami. \">V tov\u00e1rni sa tak vyr\u00e1bali aj karos\u00e9rie na autobusy, dod\u00e1vky, valn\u00edky \u010di sanitky a po\u0161tov\u00e9 autobusy so zabudovan\u00fdmi schr\u00e1nkami.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;
